Its advanced hydraulic system and patented in-house engineering provide high pressing forces and fast cycle times despite low drive power, producing dense, stackable bales with maximum efficiency.
The APV Easyline is designed for simple and safe operation. A multilingual digital display provides clear operating instructions, error messages, bale counts and operating hour information, helping operators manage the baler quickly and efficiently. After each pressing cycle, the sliding loading door opens automatically to improve workflow and operator convenience.
For additional safety, the press door uses an easy-to-operate handwheel closing system that remains secure even when compacting expanding materials such as plastic film. Internal retaining claws inside the chamber prevent materials from springing back upward, ensuring tighter compaction and higher bale weights.
The machine also features an easy bale strapping system using steel wire or PE tape, producing pallet-sized bales that are simple to transport, store and recycle. Once complete, the bale can be fully ejected directly onto a pallet at the touch of a button.
